ch ch ch changes...

Hey folks - anyone who reads my blog... not so much about my craftness or my hippie-ness sometime, but I'm working on it.

Found an adorable little (and do I mean little) house today that I think will be perfect for me to "start over"... I will be able to save $, I will be able to set up my art studio in the garage. I will have a fresh start.

So, I am thankful. I know that even though it's been a challenging year full of opportunities for growth, we just keep moving forward!

It's almost the holidays...

I'm anxious about the holidays. I am 1) moving. 2) having some health challenges. 3) having financial challenges (hence the move). 4) alone for the first holiday in the better part of a decade....no partner, no MOL, nadda.

I've never been a fan of thanksgiving, but I love the sights and sounds of christmas. I love the colors, the shopping, the gift giving.

this year will be a true challenge.

Sounds like bodily functions, but yes folks, I am all over the place....
Ravelry, Etsy, Facebook, Myspace (3 pages), Suicide Girls, God's Girls, Twitter, Flickr, Plurk, and of of course blogger - my blog.

although some might say that it is a waste of precious time, I find it great to unwind, see what others are doing, meet friends, be inspired, decompress from my day and just have fun.

no excuses!

I forget to blog.... I have no excuses! I always have a lot to say....

The Craft Hippie has been busy, busy, busy....not necessarily crafting however. I am contemplating moving to a artist loft type area and am positive that change will help... I have screenprint screens.... I have canvas. I even have a new easel. But my energy seems to drop out of my body when I come home. Guess I'm still grieving the loss of my love.

More to be shared soon about my new localle. I WILL keep you posted!
