Well I had my surgery this week and since then I've been sleeping a lot. I hope it was successful in the one part - I already know that it did not help my kidney problem, so I proceed ahead with next steps.
It's been really pretty weather which is great for the opening of the TX state fair. I can't go of course, could never walk that much and also I can't risk getting the flu. But I can see the lights of the Ferris Wheel and the Midway at night from my bedroom window. It's very pretty.
Am hoping to get back up to speed and get things posted on funky finds to sell this week...I know everyone will be wanting scarves soon and I do have some B-eau-T-full ones. ;-)
